Non Muse Event #2 (revised)

I attended the meeting for Joe West after the two fires last week. There were two separate incidence that occurred and it is still under investigation at this point. The meeting informed us that while the police and firemen were in the building, a separate fire was started on a different floor. The fires were started by some one and were not just random fires.
